Scheduling

Associated Orthodontists of Indiana is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.  While we try to accommodate every patient’s schedule, we cannot guarantee after-school appointments throughout treatment.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Drs.Rapp and Brandt provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If for some reason you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance. By doing so you allow another patient to use that time as well as reschedule your appointment. There is a $25.00 charge for appointments missed without prior notice. If it is after hours, please leave your name and number and a brief message on our answering machine and we will return your call in the morning.
